Volunteers are the heart and soul of PPAM and EVOLVE. Without your help, this incredible event and organization simply wouldn't be possible. Whether it’s lending a hand for an hour or being part of the bigger picture, every effort counts. Together, we can make this convention our best yet—join us and be a part of something truly special!

EVOLVE: Front Desk/Registration
You're the first friendly face that attendees will see!
Your mission is to check-in guests, answer questions, and help sell tickets for our Education Fund raffle.
You'll be working alongside Ann Dreiker (VP Membership) and Laurie Lizotte (VP Finance) and they'll be there to help you, too.

Give the VIP experience by driving our convention speakers to or from Logan Airport! This is your chance for exclusive 1-on-1 time with some of the most inspiring minds in the photography industry.
Swap stories, gain insider tips, and make a lasting impression - all while sharing a fun ride. It’s not just a volunteer role; it’s a backstage pass to connect with the stars of our convention. Sign up to be considered for this memorable adventure!

EVOLVE: Photographer
Be the Lens Behind the Magic! 📸
We need volunteer photographers to help capture the energy, excitement, and unforgettable moments of EVOLVE. Your photos will showcase everything from inspiring speakers, and engaged attendees to the behind-the-scenes networking and fun that makes this event so special.
Not only will you be in the middle of the action, but your incredible shots will help us share the spirit of EVOLVE with the world. This is your chance to sharpen your event photography skills (and build your portfolio), and play a vital role in making this convention shine.

**You will agree to give PPAM rights to use the photos for PPAM and EVOLVE Marketing. You will be able to use the photos for your own portfolio and marketing.
EVOLVE: Greeters
Friendly faces wanted! Your mission includes standing at the program door greeting attendees, nametag-checking, and head-counting. Plus, you get to hand out raffle tickets and ticket stubs if there are prize drawings. Whose day will you make lucky?
You'll be working with Missy Stevens, our 'Security' Chair and she'll give you all the deets on what to do and where to be!
You'll be parked inside the action-packed program rooms, so pick a program that sparks your interest and sign up pronto!

EVOLVE: AV Support
You'll be working alongside the legendary George Lucozzi (Props Chairperson) to lend a helping hand with the tech side of things - setting up and keeping tabs on microphones, speakers, and the projector during the programs.
Must be available to assist the speaker if technical difficulties arise, too!

EVOLVE: Photo Bays Setup
Be part of the action and make magic happen behind the scenes! We're looking for enthusiastic volunteers to help set up our photo bays at EVOLVE.
As a Photo Bay Setup Superstar, you will help set up the Photo Bays for the Saturday Night Hands-On event. You'll work alongside photographer-extraordinaire Kris Ventresco and his amazing team to arrange backdrops and set up lighting, so everything is picture-perfect for our attendees. We'll guide you every step of the way!

EVOLVE: Party Crew
It's EVOLVE! It's EVOLVE! PARTY TIME! ... EXCELLENT!
We tried, but we couldn't get Wayne or Garth to help with the infamous Theme Party and Closing Party! We could use some help with setup and decoration of both parties, and clean up after the Friday Night party. Can you spare an hour or two on Friday and/or Sunday?

EVOLVE: Late Night Lounge
Our new Hospitality Hostesses with the Mostesses - Stephanie Olsen and Cindy Ko - are planning an AMAZING experience for the Late Night Lounge this year!
But they can’t do it alone! We need your help to make this lounge unforgettable. Step up and be a champion by signing up to set up and/or clean up. Or scroll down if you just wanna bring some snackity-snacks and drinks. Let's rock this joint!
EVOLVE: Food for the Late Night Lounge
Bring some yummy treats to share with the gang!
We recommend pre-packaged goodies like crunchy pretzels, tasty chips, sweet cookies, and yummy candy. Sorry, no nuts allowed since we want everyone to be able to munch in peace and not need an epi pen!
Remember, a little effort from everyone keeps the party going without putting an extra burden on any individual. So, update the sign-up sheet with your favorite snackity-snack or non-alcoholic drink, and we'll make sure to avoid a food shortage. Who's got the munchies?!
